RareHive, a new project founded by House 17 and Big Night, is a next-gen cohort of digital creators, adaptive technologists, and IP innovators focused on discovering, developing, and deploying projects in Web3 and beyond. RareHive worked collaboratively to bring the Celtics into the NFT arena, helping them to launch a series of utility-driven NFT projects.
House 17’s Web3 arm was honored to work with the Celtics on Kevin Garnett’s #5 jersey number retirement into the TD Garden rafters. Using our in-house production capabilities and RareHive’s innovative technology, we developed a first-of-its kind NFT gift basket that was gifted to the basketball legend on-court during the ceremony.
Successfully introducing the Celtics organization into the Web3 space, our second project was the Playoff Pursuit 1/1 NFT, in which we spearheaded its strategy, creation, and release. Sold for 5.05 eth, the utility-driven NFT granted the owner access to 2 seats behind the Celtics bench at all ECF home games, as well as a pair of custom jerseys.
